At the heart of the experience is a custom-built wooden pink backdrop, expertly painted in Flaa’s signature shade, surrounded by over 1,000 stems of premium florals in a cascading, garden-like arrangement.

Each installation includes:

  • A freestanding pink wooden backdrop (7ft tall x 4ft wide)
  • Full floral art direction, prep, and setup
  • Hand-selected seasonal premium flowers in romantic tones (roses, ranunculus, hydrangea, astilbe, and more)
  • Delivery and on-site installation within the Colorado Springs area

What is the Experience Collection?

The Experience Collection is our curated lineup of floral offerings designed to create memorable moments. Whether you’re planning an event, gifting someone special, or enjoying a private at-home experience, each product combines premium flowers, thoughtful presentation, and intentional design.

How far in advance should I place an order?

We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for event styling or custom packages. For major holidays or weekends, earlier booking ensures availability and allows us to source the best seasonal florals.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! Most Experience Collection items offer customization options such as color palette, size, packaging, and even the setting. If you have a specific theme or vision in mind, we’d love to hear it—customization is at the heart of what we do.

Do you deliver and set up the experience?

We offer hand delivery within Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. For select products (such as event installations or car trunk setups), on-site setup is included or available as an upgrade. At-home experiences are designed for easy, elegant DIY styling with everything you need delivered to your door.

 What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for credit toward a future order. For custom or large-scale installations, a partial refund or reschedule credit may apply. Please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can assist you personally.
